We guarantee that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed your expectation. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 5 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a replacement, exchange, or store credit. Item(s) MUST be shipped back to us insured (shipping charges are not refundable).
All special and custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Typical delivery time is 6 to 8 weeks. No credit card refunds or cash refunds.
Due to the nature of our business, the jewelry presented may be one-of-a-kind. Availability is limited. Custom or special orders approximate shipping time is 4 to 8 weeks.
The cost of shipping is added to the purchase price. Item(s) will be shipped as soon as funds clear: Immediately for bank checks, 3-5 days for personel checks, and 48 to 72 hours for credit card sales. Standard shipments will be made via United States Postal Service, but UPS or Federal Express are also available.
Please report any damages or losses in transit to the carrier imediatly. We cannot be held responsible for damages or losses in transit.
Every effort is made to insure that your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. Kindly report any initial defects within 5 days of order receipt for replacement.

Additionally, if an item is defective within the first one (1) year of your purchase, Fran Cook agrees to repair it at no cost, provided ithe piece has not been subjected to abnormall harsh use (indicated by large scratches, gouges, and/or abrasions).
